I had a constant running toilet and a small drip in my bathroom faucet; it had been driving me crazy for a long time.
I finally called Big Brothers Home Services early in the morning and told them my issues. They were able to get an appointment that same day, and they were even earlier than expected. They even sent me a text picture of the technician, Chuck,
so I knew who was coming to the door and I felt safe.
When Chuck got there, he introduced himself and he was so polite and patient with me, explaining my plumbing problems.
He was so helpful, and he patiently listened to my issues and concerns.
Chuck fixed my problems while putting up with my 3 little dogs barking at him. He even took time to make friends with them and calmed them down. So impressed!!
The fee was very decent and affordable.
I am so grateful for that. Living on a fixed income, it was a blessing.
I would recommend this plumbing service to anyone who has a heating, AC, or plumbing problem.

Excellent Repair Technicians
I needed to stop the water dripping in our tub faucet. Video instructions make it sound easy when demonstrated on new materials. Partway into the repair, big problems surfaced. I called Big Brothers Home Services early in the afternoon, and they had a repairman, Chuck, at my home by 3:00 PM the same day. Chuck was completely aware of the problem and how to resolve the issues. The faucet was an older style, but Chuck located the part and was able to complete the repair after a few trips to the supply store. Due to some inferior parts, another repair technician, Kevin, returned the next day and finished the installation. The company provided excellent repair technicians that did very good work. They respected our home, did professional work, and were very nice to work with. I am very happy with the service Big Brothers Service provided. They did a good job.

Frank answered all my questions and answered the ones I should have thought of but didn't. He was very fair and wasn't just trying to get my money. I have a brand-new baby in the home and he went above and beyond to make sure we are safe and have the convenience of our plumbing working correctly, especially during the middle of the Thanksgiving holiday.
