What happens if I have an emergency plumbing issue—am I covered?Yes! Not only will our maintenance plan members receive emergency plumbing services, but they’ll receive a 50% discount on emergency fees.

Do plumbing memberships cover both repairs and preventive maintenance?The Big Brothers home service plan includes preventative measures like inspections and clearings, plus a 10% discount on repairs and replacements. You’ll pay a fee on top of your monthly membership cost for repairs, but they’ll be cheaper than what non-members pay.
